Ligera Radar — Terms of Service

1. Operator and scope
Ligera Radar is operated by Digital Promotions Pro, LLC, doing business as Ritual Ligera. It is a private business workspace for authorized personnel to research markets, prepare content, manage a publishing calendar, and support customers. These terms cover the workspace and its supporting services at oferta.ritualligera.com. They do not replace the separate policies governing purchases at ritualligera.com.
2. Authorized access
Use the workspace only if Ritual Ligera has authorized you. Protect your sign-in credentials and connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Do not bypass access restrictions, share another person's credentials, or interfere with the service. Report suspected unauthorized access to info@ritualligera.com.
3. Connected services
Features depend on which integrations are configured and authorized. They may include Shopify, Meta services, Google and YouTube, TikTok, email, and SMS providers. Connecting an account authorizes the operations described in its consent screen and the actions you enable in the workspace. Each provider's terms, permissions, review requirements, quotas, and account restrictions continue to apply. Listing an integration does not mean it is approved or available.
Scheduling or initiating a transfer does not guarantee that content will be published or that a message will be delivered. Some services require completion in their own application. Review the recorded result and the destination account before assuming an action succeeded. You can revoke access in the connected provider's account settings.
4. Content and responsibility
You retain your rights in submitted content and grant us permission to store, process, adapt, and transmit it as needed to provide the functions you request. You must have the necessary rights and consents for uploaded materials, customer data, and destination accounts. Do not submit unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, send unsolicited messages, or misrepresent products or identities.
5. AI assistance and automation
Ligera Radar uses AI to assist with content and customer support. Outputs may contain errors and require appropriate review. Authorized operators are responsible for product claims, publishing decisions, and the automation settings they enable. Automated replies can be sent when the relevant workflow is enabled. Product and wellness content is not a medical diagnosis or individualized treatment advice.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the data used by the workspace, connected services, and support workflows, as well as how to request access, correction, or deletion.
7. Availability and access changes
Features may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable because of maintenance, provider decisions, or technical failures. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service or address misuse. Contact us to end workspace access or request deletion of retained information. Ending access does not automatically remove content already delivered to an external platform.
