Ligera Radar — Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Digital Promotions Pro, LLC, doing business as Ritual Ligera, operates Ligera Radar and its supporting services at oferta.ritualligera.com. This policy covers authorized workspace users and people whose information is processed through connected customer-support, commerce, and campaign workflows. Our Shopify store has a separate store privacy policy.

2. Information processed

• Workspace identity and access information supplied by the sign-in service.
• Connected-account identifiers, display names, granted permissions, authorization tokens, and connection status. These are obtained through the provider's authorization flow; do not send account passwords to our support email.
• Content briefs, drafts, media, schedules, training documents, reference URLs, agent conversations, and notes entered in the workspace.
• Customer messages, channel identifiers, and contact details received through connected support channels. When a commerce integration is enabled, order references, fulfillment status, tracking information, and relevant product data may be used to answer a customer's request.
• Technical information such as timestamps, event identifiers, delivery results, error records, and request information used to operate and protect the service. Campaign interactions and contact submissions may also be recorded when the corresponding workflow is enabled.

The information available depends on the integrations and permissions actually enabled. Future channels are not connected merely because they are described in this policy.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate authorized users, maintain connections, prepare and organize content, carry out approved or enabled publishing workflows, assist customer support, retrieve relevant product and order information, remember supplied training material, and diagnose failures or abuse. Customer-support messages may be processed by an AI service to generate a reply; replies may be sent automatically where the operator has enabled automation.

4. Providers and disclosures

Information is processed by the infrastructure, AI, communication, and commerce services needed for the enabled workflow. These can include OpenAI and hosting infrastructure, Shopify, Meta, Google and YouTube, TikTok, and configured media, email, or SMS providers. For example, an AI provider receives the conversation and relevant context needed to generate a response; a publishing destination receives the media and accompanying post information being sent to it. Authorized Ritual Ligera personnel can access information necessary for their work.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when necessary to investigate misuse or protect legal rights. We do not sell connected-platform user data. We use data received through Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and retention

Workspace records and uploaded materials are retained to support ongoing operations and saved training. Different records have different lifecycles; this policy does not imply that all records expire automatically. Connection tokens are encrypted in storage, and administrative functions are access-restricted. No security measure can guarantee complete protection.

We retain information while it is needed for the relevant service, operational records, or applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed for the affected records and providers; information that must be retained for legal or security reasons may be kept for that purpose. Content already published or delivered to another platform is also subject to that platform's retention and deletion controls.

6. Your choices and requests

You can revoke a connected account's authorization through that provider's settings. Google users can manage access at Google Account permissions. Revoking authorization stops future authorized access but does not by itself erase previously stored records or previously published content.

To request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Ligera Radar, or to stop an applicable support or communication workflow, email info@ritualligera.com with the subject “Ligera Radar privacy request.” Include the account or channel concerned and enough information to locate the records. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may request proportionate identity verification before releasing or deleting information. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. International processing and children

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Ligera Radar is a business workspace for adults and is not intended for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information that should be removed.
